Let’s see What Could Be…
Service design is the future according to What Could Be. That is, the planning and organising of people, infrastructure, communication and other elements of a service in order to improve the quality of customer experience, is the future. But we’re yet to harness its full power, and as designers and creatives, we have the chance to make service design a consideration of our work.
We might still be in the dark if it wasn’t for the team who approached us to brand their new business, extolling the virtues of service design and training creative companies to make best use of it. We threw ourselves into finding out more, which put us in a good position to suggest a name change and to pitch the brand identity appropriately. We delivered a neat little confident logotype and website design, along with a series of messages based on the What Could Be name. And then we went to the first workshop, which was great, and will no doubt get even better. This is what our client, Lesley Gulliver, had to say of her experience of working with Peter and Paul.
“We chose to work with Peter and Paul because we wanted to be challenged in our thinking and we needed to work with a very strong creative team. And that’s what we got. They pushed back on the brief when they needed to, they worked hard to understand the uniqueness of our offer and they sharpened our focus. They also worked within budget and met our relatively tight deadlines. A good customer experience for us. We’ll go back!”
